Food Safety Exchange Conference 2012 - Sponsored by METTLER TOLEDO

Jun 26, 2012 - Jun 27, 2012

The METTLER TOLEDO Food Safety Exchange Conference 2012 is scheduled for June 26-27 at the Crowne Plaza Chicago O’Hare in Chicago, Illinois.  This free two-day educational event will bring together food processors, retailers, auditors, standards owners, trade organizations and other food safety experts from the Midwest and beyond to network and learn more about the new food safety regulatory environment.

We are assembling a team of leading industry guest speakers to update you on the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) as well as on four major GFSI-recognized food safety schemes – BRC, FSSC 22000, IFS and SQF.  Panel discussions will include “Food Safety Audits” and “The Future of Food Safety”.  Every presentation will include a question-and-answer session and the agenda has been designed so attendees have the opportunity to attend all of the presentations over the course of two days.

Each day will run two separate tracks, and will repeat the same schedule the following day.
