CONTEST RULES
Participation in this Accuracy Video Contest (referred to as the “Contest”) is subject to these rules and eligible Contest participants agree to be bound by them when entering this Contest. The terms “we” “our” and “us” refer to Mettler-Toledo, LLC. The terms “you,” “yourself” refer to the eligible Contest participant. This Contest is open to companies and their employees residing in the USA and Canada. Limit one (1) entry per person. This Contest is not open to individuals restricted by export controls and/or sanctions and is void in any other nation, state, or province where prohibited by law, or by your Company’s policies or procedures. The Contest starts on November 1, 2011 and ends on June 15, 2012 (referred to as the “Contest Period”). The winning entry will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received within the Contest Period. If you are a potential winner, you will be notified by the e-mail address listed on your entry within seven (7) days following the selection. If you fail to acknowledge your prize with seven (7) days after being notified, we may select an alternate winner. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, merchandise or services. No purchase is required for participation. Our decisions are final concerning matters relating to this Contest. You waive all claims of liability against us for all losses or damages arising out or in connection with this Contest or the use of the prize, including but not limited to procurement or tax regulations. The Contest is exclusively governed by the laws the state of Ohio, without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. Exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Franklin County, Ohio, USA.
